About

RUARAIDH PLUMMER

Over the years of teaching on both dinghies and yachts, working in the superyacht industry and working with professional racing teams, Ruaraidh feels like he has had, at the very least, a good glimpse of most of what sailing has to offer. The skills and opportunities that come with learning to sail, the satisfaction and enjoyment of it, the adventure of exploring and joy that people can take from it is quite amazing.

Ruaraidh over the years of experience is very personable and adaptable and goes above and beyond to create a friendly, relaxed and easy learning environment to train with whilst being a stickler for safety and detail.

At LSS we are all about creating a experiences to be shared by a growing community of freedom loving adventurers

Passion

Since his first sail with his dad in an old wooden Fireball in the Falmouth estuary, Ruaraidh has come to realise what a privilege it is / has been to spend so much time on the water. It has become the intention of his and the London School of Sailing’s to get people on the water so they can learn and benefit in their confidence, communication and many other life skills.
